Shipping process

Once we receive your order, great care is taken prior to shipping to make sure that your artwork is taken from Stuart's Studio with sterillsed contamination-free gloves and walked by a team of 5 employees into the packaging area.  The inspection and packing team clean and polish your artwork to make sure it is in the best possible condition. Our specialist Zen packing expert oversees the process.  She lights a candle, as a hush falls over the team.  Nat "King" Cole 'L-O-V-E' plays in the background as the team carefully wrap your artwork into the finest packaging.

We all have a celebration afterwards and the whole party marches through the studio into the street, down to the post office following the transportation of your artwork in an armoured plated Rolls-Royce, with a security team running alongside.  The entire town of Northampton, England will comes out to wave "Bon Voyaye" to your package, as it speeds on its way to you.  

As one of our valued customers your picture will be placed on our wall under the heading "Customers of the Year".  It is a very exhausting experience but we can't wait for you to come back to Stuart Bush Studio and place another order.

Delivery times

Please allow approximately 9 working days for prints.  

And approximately 14 working days for prints sent internationally .  Due to the Covid-19 outbreak delivery times have often been delayed.

Editions and Original works approximately 20 days working day.  However it may take longer, due to the artist signing the work and if we need to have crate custom built.  Should a delay occur we will keep you fully updated.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

We care about our customers.  We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with you purchase.  If your not entirely happy with your artwork, you can return it to us within 14 days form the date you received it.  Please do get in touch before returning it to us as we might be able to help you find an alternative piece.  Returned items must be in mint condition and the customer covering the cost of the return freight.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel before the your order is printed or shipped, there will be a small charge to cover card charges that is not refundable.  If the studio has incurred any printing costs the work is none refundable.

How can I clean my work?

For prints and editions you can dust your picture with a non-fuzzy, soft, dry cloth (microfiber, for example). Please avoid putting pressure on the surface when wiping. In order to enjoy your artwork for a long time, please do not use glass cleaning products under any circumstances for mountings on backing board or under acrylic glass. Please also avoid putting pressure on the surface when wiping.
